After the internship

Final assessment, certificates and follow-up

01

A platform for assessment, certificates, evaluation, archiving and statistics once the internship period is completed. Provides supporting documentation for quality work, programme councils and statutory reporting under each programme’s framework.

01 · Overview

Closure, assessment and archiving in one place

Prakto consolidates everything that follows a completed internship, final assessment, certificate generation, evaluations, statistics for the programme council and archiving in line with retention rules.

Structured closure provides reliable supporting documentation for grades, quality work and statutory reporting, and feeds back into the planning of the next cohort.

04 · Capabilities

Capabilities that close the loop

01

Final assessment with digital signing

The supervisor completes the final assessment with comments and signs digitally with BankID. The final assessment is locked and serves as supporting documentation for the final grade.

02

Placement certificate and transcript

A placement certificate is generated automatically from completed tasks, hours and the supervisor’s statement. Certificates are issued in PDF with a signature stamp and can be verified via a unique check link.

03

Evaluation surveys

Structured surveys for student, supervisor and workplace once the period is completed. Responses are anonymised and form the basis for placement classification and quality work.

04

Statistics and quality dashboard

Aggregated key figures per programme, cohort and placement, completion rate, grade distribution, deviation frequency, supervisor outcome. Filterable by year, programme and workplace.

05

Programme council and training reports

Pre-built report templates for programme councils, ledningsgrupp and quality committees. Can be exported in PDF or as raw data for further processing.

06

Archiving by retention plan

Each data category is archived per a configurable retention plan. Once the period has expired the data is automatically anonymised or deleted, with full logging.

07

Alumni network and follow-up

Follow-up of former students at 3, 6 and 12 months, employment, employer, further studies and feedback to the programme. Voluntary participation with separate consent.

08

Partner ratings and placement classification

Workplaces are classified based on supervisor capacity, learning environment and previous outcomes. The classification feeds back into next year’s matching engine.

09

Incident report and lessons learned

Incidents and deviations from the placement period are summarised in a closed lessons-learned log. Findings can be cited in the next risk assessment and supervisor training.

10

Employability and transitions

Track which placements lead to extended employment, further studies or other transitions. Reported as employability metrics per programme and cohort.

11

Export to MYH, Skolverket and UHR

Pre-defined export formats for the authorities concerned. The data set is filtered per programme, period and category and prepared in line with the recipient’s template.

05 · Data protection

Retention, archiving and access after closure

Once the period is completed, each data category follows a configurable retention plan. Documents that must be retained are archived in line with the Archives Act and the higher vocational ordinance, while everything else is automatically anonymised or deleted.

  • Retention plan per data category
  • Automatic anonymisation after expiry
  • Audit log for every deletion
  • Students can request their own data

06 · FAQ

FAQs

How is the final grade set and what is the supervisor’s role?

The supervisor submits a final statement based on the agreed assessment criteria. The vocational teacher, programme manager or examiner sets the grade based on the statement, the student’s reports and the agreed criteria.

When does the student receive the placement certificate?

The placement certificate is generated automatically once the final assessment is signed by the supervisor and the grade is set. The student receives the certificate as a verifiable PDF with a unique check link.

How long is supporting documentation kept and what is purged?

A retention plan is configured per data category in line with the Archives Act and the higher vocational ordinance. Documents that must be retained are archived, all other data is anonymised or deleted automatically once the period expires.

How is documentation compiled for the programme council and the authorities?

Pre-built report templates compile statistics per programme, cohort and placement. The report can be exported in PDF or as raw data and adapted to the recipient’s template, for example MYH, Skolverket or UHR.

Can a student request their own documentation afterwards?

Yes. Each student can request an extract of their own data and certificates from the platform. The request is logged and answered in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

How are placements quality-assured ahead of the next school year?

Evaluations from student, supervisor and workplace are aggregated into a placement classification together with deviation history and outcomes. The classification feeds back into the matching engine for the next cohort.
