Preparations consolidated in a single workspace
Prakto centralises everything that must be in place before a student takes up a placement, partner agreements, matching, learning objectives, insurance, risk assessment and supervisor introduction, in a single interface.
A controlled kick-off reduces the risk of dropouts, mismatched placements and incomplete documentation later in the assessment.

FAQs
When must the placement agreement be in place before start?
The platform requires a signed agreement before the student can be assigned an access role. Agreements are generated from templates, signed with BankID by all parties and archived as supporting documentation throughout the placement period.
How is the student matched with the right workplace?
A semi-automatic matching engine suggests placements based on student preferences, profile, capacity at the workplace and previous outcomes. The coordinator confirms every match before the agreement template is sent.
What is required for a supervisor to be eligible?
Each placement is linked to a designated supervisor who completes a digital introduction course adapted to the sector. Completion is logged in the staff journal and serves as supporting documentation for eligibility under the programme’s framework.
How are access rules and confidentiality handled at sensitive workplaces?
Confidentiality undertakings, security checks and access rules are signed digitally before take-up. Each undertaking is archived and made available to both the workplace and the education provider.
What information must be collected before the placement starts?
Only data required for the specific placement is collected. Mandatory fields are defined per programme and form, additional fields are deactivated by default. Lawful basis and retention period are set in advance.
How is introduction and the first week planned?
A kick-off schedule with introduction days, structured meetings between student, supervisor and coordinator, and required onboarding material is created per placement and locked before the first work week.
