Messages, chat, and inbox – 7 questions

Via the inbox, you create conversations linked to an internship placement or application. Write messages, attach files, and see the entire history. Companies and students communicate directly.

The inbox is structured per case (application/internship) with status (open, snoozed, closed). Chat provides a faster, more direct interface for short questions and daily communication.

Yes, you can send attachments such as CVs, documents, and images directly in the conversation.

Unread messages are shown with a number on the inbox icon in the menu. You also receive notifications via email and push (if enabled in settings).

Yes, click the star icon to mark a conversation. Then filter by "Starred" for quick access.

Yes, mark a conversation as "snoozed" to temporarily hide it. It will come back automatically after the snooze period or when a new message arrives.

No, messages between student and company are private. The school only sees internship status (application, contract, placement) but not individual messages.
