A step-by-step introduction plan that companies create for new interns. It contains checklists, documents to read, forms, videos, and tasks, all in a structured order.

Five types: Checklist (check off tasks), Document (read policies/handbooks), Form (answer questions), Video (watch intro content), and Task (complete practical assignments).

Yes, a template can be reused. Each intern gets their own instance with individual progress tracking, so you can see exactly where each person is.

Each onboarding instance shows percentage progress (0–100%), which steps are completed, start date, and possible end date.

Yes, the intern sees the full onboarding plan with all steps. Completed steps are marked and the next step is highlighted.

You can edit the template for future instances. Already assigned onboarding instances are not affected by changes to the template.

Workspace, contact persons, computer equipment, system accounts, first-day instructions, safety rules, and welcome material. Each step can be checked off individually.

Yes, companies can add their own steps based on their routines, e.g., "VPN access", "Sign NDA", or "Meet the team". Steps can be reordered freely.

Yes, the student checks off their steps (e.g., "Read welcome document") and the supervisor confirms theirs (e.g., "System accounts ready"). When all steps are done, the onboarding is marked as completed.
